Stuttgart, Germany - Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, January 19, 2009 – KGSolutions Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Akihito Karasuyama; called “KGSolutions” hereafter) today announced that it has signed an agreement with struktur AG (headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany; CEO: Niels Mache; called “struktur” hereafter) and Saloob Inc. (headquartered in Suginami-ku, Tokyo; President: Matthew Edmond; called “Saloob” hereafter) to offer the professional web conferencing service “spreed (TM)” in Japan. It will become available for all users by SaaS (Software as a Service) in Japanese on January 19, 2009.

Under this agreement, struktur will partner with KGSolutions and Saloob in the following areas:

• struktur will provide KGSolutions with spreed Unified Conferncing Systems.
• KGSolutions will provide struktur with infrastructure necessary to offer this SaaS.
• KGSolutions, struktur and Saloob will translate and localize this SaaS in cooperation.
• KGSolutions will sell this SaaS exclusively in Japan.
• KGSolutions, struktur and Saloob will promote this SaaS for Japanese market in cooperation.
