Can I use Spreed for free?  
Yes! You can use Spreed with up to 3 participants for free. Sign up here - you do not have to enter a credit card number or any other payment data.
To create meetings with a higher capacity of participants, to use special meeting features and to plan simultaneous meetings, you will need to purchase a Spreed package. Please, have a look at the available packages in our shop.


What to take note of before purchasing a package?  

To host Spreed Web Meetings you need a free account that you can use to test Spreed extensively. Meetings with up to 3 participants are free of cost. Please take note that only you as a host of the meeting do need an account. Participants do not need an account and can participate for free at any time (dial-in will be billed at local rates).
There is no installation of additional software required. Therefore Spreed can be used even on business computers that underlie strict security standards.


Can I host web meetings with 100 participants and over? Are there packages available?  
Spreed Web Meetings can be held with more than 100 participants. Especially webinars and e-learnings are used to be held with many more participants than the average web meeting. For more information on bigger sized meetings, please contact us on +49 711 89 66 56 0 or via mail: info@Spreed.com.


How to activate a licence key?  
After you have purchased a Spreed package you will receive a 6-digit licence key. Sign-in to your Spreed Account and go to „My Account“. Activate the licence key by typing it in the text field on the right hand site


Are Spreed Packages transferable?  
Basically packages are not transferable. However, you can upgrade your package for an extra charge, e.g. to make it available for simultaneous use. For more information on upgrade options, please contact us on +49 711 89 66 56 0 or via mail: info@Spreed.com.


Where to see my credits and packages?  
Switch to „My Account“ after you signed in. Here you will find an overview of your credits, packages and the calls you have made.


How to cancel my subscription?  
The runtime of your subscription and its price per period is shown in the process while ordering. Subscriptions that do have a limited runtime will end automatically. To cancel a subscription with unlimited runtime, please contact us on +49 711 89 66 56 0 or via mail: sales@Spreed.com.


Do I get a global licence key for the whole company or do I have to purchase an additional key for every single user?  
Spreed offers web meeting rooms. So, you as a host can rent one or many web meeting rooms of prearranged size. There is no limitation in named users. What you pay for is the number of web meeting rooms and their sizes, only.
