frequently asked questions on the Spreed available on
XING.

Can I use Spreed on
XING for free?
|
|
| Yes, you can use Spreed on XING
with up to 3 participants (XING Basic) and up
to 5 participants (XING Premium) for free.
Enlarge your web meeting room at any time when
purchasing a Spreed package in our store. |
|
| What advantages does
Spreed offer for XING Premium users?
|
|
| XING Premium users can host
Spreed web meetings with up to 5 participants.
Also they can plan several meetings
simultaneously and can use special features, as
is Spreed telephone conferencing. |
|
| How to invite
participants that are not registered
XING users? |
|
| Click on My Spreed in the
application. You will be redirected to your
personal Spreed website, from where you can
enter the participant list (via „Meeting
actions“). Besides that you can also invite
non-XING participants directly out of the web
meeting interface. Do so via mail or by
phone. |

| How to purchase and
activate a Spreed package for bigger
sized web meetings? |
|
| Click on Visit Store while
creating a new meeting. You will be redirected
to the Spreed Store, from where you can
purchase packages. After doing so, you will
receive a licence key that can be entered and
activated on your personal Spreed website. Find
it by clicking on „My Spreed“ in the XING
application, then switch to „My account“. |

| Where to find
recordings after the meeting has ended?
|
|
| To play back a recording of
your meeting, click on „My Spreed“ to be
redirected to your personal Spreed Website.
Switch to „My Meetings“, then click on
„Archive“. Here you will find all meetings that
have been ended, recordings included. Simply
click on a recording to play it back. To
publish a recording for interested party,
please click on „Meeting actions“, then on
„Publish meeting“. People now can find the
recording for play back on https://XING1.Spreed.com/start. |

| How to activate
additional web meeting options (e.g.
PDF export)? |
|
| Open your personal Spreed
website to activate additional web meeting
options. Do so by clicking on „My Spreed“.
After you have been redirected, click on
„Meeting-actions“ and select „Modify meeting“.
Scroll down to find „Modify options“. Activate
the required options, then finally click on
„Save changes“. |

| How to create a
telephone conference? How to enter?
|
|
| Create a web meeting first, if
you like to run a telephone conference. You can
enter this web meeting via phone by using one
of our many
dial-in numbers (see also next
question). Simply call the number that is next
to your whereabouts. As a moderator you will
need a moderator PIN. Find it in your settings.
After you have been logged in successfully, you
can start and control your meeting via
dial-pad. |

sent to your participants with the invitation
message.

telephone PIN under „Settings“, while
in the XING application. You can
customize your PIN on your personal
Spreed website. Click on „My Spreed“,
then go to „Settings“ and click on
„Telephone PIN“. Enter a 7-digit number
and finally save your changes. |
